6.25 P.M.	-	Felicitations to the Founder Members and Past Presidents of CITAA, Chennai Chapter.
6.30 P.M.	-	Felicitations to CITians celebrating their Silver Jubilee Wedding Anniversary during this year.
6.40 P.M.	-	Felicitations to the newly wed CITians of the Year.
6.50 P.M.	-	Felicitations to 1984 Batch CITians celebrating their Silver Jubilee during this year.

COOKERY CONTEST

We, CITAA Chennai Chapter are organizing Aachi Masala Cookery contest at L’AMICALE Club on the eve of Silver Jubilee celebrations Family Meet to be held on 9th August 2009 from 3.00 pm onwards.

We request all the Members to participate for a special Aachi Masala Cookery Contest.

Cookery Contest Conditions

1.	A team of Two – One Main Cook and one to support.
2.	All contestants to use only Aachi Masala products. (Product details over leaf)
3.	All contestants to bring their cooking items and main ingredient, Stove will be provided by the organizers.

Contest on Four Main Categories

Minimum of ¼ kg to be prepared

   1. Sweet
   2. Fry – Veg. / Non Veg.
   3. Rice – Veg. / Non.Veg.
   4. Curry / Kozhumbu – Veg. / Non.Veg.

Venue and Time

Venue : L’AMICALE Club, Ramapuram, Chennai.
Date : Sunday, the 9th August, 2009
Time : Between 3.00 pm to 6.00 pm
(All participants to assemble at L’AMICALE Club at 2.30 pm)

Prizes & Gifts

First Prize for all category	-	1000 worth of gifts (Silver items)
Second Prize	-	Aachi Masala – worth Rs.500/-
Compliments	-	All participants will be given Gift Hampers worth Rs.250/-

Winners will be announced, thereafter prizes and gifts will be distributed.
