Exhibition of Records for Members
The Register of members, the books containing the Minutes of the proceedings of the meetings and the books of account shall be available at the Registered Office of the Association during business hours for the inspection of members free of charge by prior appointment with the Secretary
Amendments to Memorandum of Association and Bye-Laws
Amendments to the memorandum and Bye-Laws may be proceeding by means of a resolution adopted by the committe or by means of a petition signed by atleast ten percent of the qualified voters.
For Amendments to the memorandum of Association of Association provision of Section 12 of Tamil Nadu Societies Registration Act 1975 shall be applicable
Procedure for adoption of amendments to Bye-Laws shall be as follows
 

Ballot shall contain the portion of the Bye-Laws proposed for change and the corresponding changes shall be mailed to eligible voters atleast 30 days prior to the stipulated tallying date with appropriate instructions which shall include the last date for receipt of the ballot.

  Received ballots shall be duly checked and counted and till rsults made available for action by the Committee at special meeting convened not earlierthan 30 days.
  If 75% of the valid voters and 75% of the members of the committee present at the meeting are in agreement the proposed amendment shall be declared adopted by the Committee
Dissolution
The Association cannot be dissolved without the approval of 3/4 of the voting members
In the event of dissolution, the assets of the Association shall be donated to anyother of association Of bodies engaged in similar activities as decided by a simple majority vote at a General Body Meeting specifically call for the purpose.
Common Seal
The Executive commitee shall provide a common seal of the association and make rules for safe custody and use thereof and it shall never be used except byt the authority the Executive commitee previously given. Every instrument to which this seal is affixed shall be signed by the President (and in his absence by the Vice-President) and every such instrument shall also be signed by the Honorary Secretary or some other person authorised by the Executive committee
Accounts
The official financial year of the Association shall be from January to December each year.

The Accounts for the financial year shall be prepared by Treasurer and approved by the Auditor, before placing in General Body.
